The strange spring of 2012 caused me to re-work this material I sent to Dr. Rufus Isaacs in April, 2002.  We have the potential for disaster, but we should make decisions in the vineyard based on data, not guess or hysteria.  If you find this useful, please share with anyone else you think might have interest.
